Refined wheat flour, sugar, mango pulp, dairy whipping cream, refined vegetable oil, raising agents and permitted natural flavouring.

Allergen advice: Contains wheat (gluten), milk and soya. Our kitchen also handles egg, wheat, milk, soya, peanuts and tree nuts, so traces of these may be present in any cake — including one ordered eggless. If someone eating this has a serious allergy, please message us before you order.

Care instructions

• Refrigerate the cake as soon as it reaches you. This is a fresh cream cake and it will not keep at room temperature.
• Take it out of the fridge 15–20 minutes before cutting — cold cream mutes the flavour.
• Cut with a clean serrated knife, wiping the blade between slices.
• Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from the stove.
• Best eaten on the day it is delivered. Consume within 24 hours.
