About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed with Cakezy ("Cakezy", "we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we have acknowledged it. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if we cannot meet the delivery date, the address falls outside our delivery area, or the item is unavailable.
Products
Our cakes are handmade. Colour, decoration and finish may differ slightly from photographs on this site, which are illustrative. Weights are approximate and measured before decoration.
Allergens
Our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts and soy. We cannot guarantee any product is free from traces of these allergens. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering. Eggless options are available on request.
Messages on cakes
Messages are limited to 30 characters. We reserve the right to decline any message we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing someone's rights.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where offered. Prices may change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for giving a correct address and a contactable recipient phone number.
Our liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ernakulam district, Kerala.
